For vacant properties: You receive $300 once the lease is executed and a tenant takes possession of the property and pays rent.
For occupied properties: You receive $150 once the property owner signs a Management Agreement and the tenant pays the first month’s rent under the new agreement.
For multi-family property referrals.
We protect your leads! When your referred client is ready to sell their property, we transition them back to you.

To be eligible for a referral fee, all prospective clients must be registered in our system. Referral fees are only available to Real Estate Agents.
No referral payments will be provided for non-registered prospects that contact Wasatch Leasing and Property Management.
